Project: Install a Generator
We were very impressed with the work and service. Their experience and knowledge with generators made us feel at ease that we were getting qualified people to do the job. They worked with us with scheduling to get the job as soon as possible. The work ethic was absolutely professional and their effort to make sure the installations were aesthetically pleasing and the follow through with clean up was greatly appreciated. Start to finish, it was one of the most professional jobs we have seen in years!

Great to work with, answered all of my question and concernes. Did an excellent job on the installation and left the area cleaner then when he started. I am very pleased with the work of this company.

Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring
Briano of Empire Electric provided a superior level of quality and service. He executed our electrical upgrade flawlessly with perfect timing and communication on his part, while coordinating with the power company for the disconnect/reconnect order. He took great pride in his work and followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied in a job well done. I gladly recommend Briano of Empire Electric and would hire him again for future electrical work.

Project: Install a Generator
Briano came to the house and gave an estimate, and didn't try to make me look like i din't know what was going on. He was very nice and di a great job. When Briano was all done he went through everything with me and showed how it all worked. Briano was very good in answering all my questions, and took the time to go through the whole house and help to pick the right things to add to the generator. These guys did such a good job that my sister in law even used them for their generator install, and we are looking forward to using Empire again in the future when it comes time to expand on the house. Great job guys.

He was punctual, keept to the quote he stated, and commpleted to job when he said he would. He was hounest and I would hire him again and would recomend him to another person infact I did recomend him to a friend.

"Trenching in the rain" The Owner Briano comes fully prepared,enough tools and very capable workers. Excellent job running an 80' 220 line 60 amp service for a hot tub, snaking the line through drop ceiling, conduit and underground. What I thought was a 2 day job, they did in 7 hours while it rained the entire time. With very fair pricing, I say hire these guys. Monticello, NY
