Joe was on time explained the process gave advise and did a great job. Carpet looks so much better,I would use Empire carpet cleaning again

Everyone I met/talked to at Empire was pleasant and helpful, especially Laura. She worked with me to adjust the original proposal to fit my needs & budget, and also worked with my insurance adjuster to get a fairer settlement. Above & beyond expectations. The people that did the actual work were prompt and courteous. My basement never looked so good!

After days of anxiety over what my basement would look like due to it being sealed off from the mold remediation, I was not as upset to see the end result since the walls were a clean and even cut at the same hight up from the floor. THe basement was even cleaner that when they first started the project and having the black mold removed from my house has alloed myself and my children to breathe much easier these days. They did a wonderful job, showed up on time and finished early. They take great pride in the work that they do. Thanks Empire!

They showed up on time, and explained what they would be doing. They took very good care when moving my furniture around the house so they could clean and seal my tile. The finished project made my tile look better then when it was installed five years ago. the men were neat and clean, even considering the wet work they were doing. Joe the owner got down on his hands and knees to seal the grout - Now that's the kind of boss I like to see. I highly reccomend Empire, I will be telling my friends and neighbors to use the company. 5 ***** (stars)
