Project: Hire a Handyman
Excellent customer service - Mark gave me a verbal as well as written breakdown of the cost for the project(s). He explained the work that had to be performed and answered any and all of my questions. Quality: Perfect! He took his time and made sure work was satisfactory to me. Value for Money: I anticipated the cost would be much more than what I was charged. Bottom line - I had a lot of small projects around my house, and Mark was more than willing to help me. I do plan on using him within the next couple of months for remaining large projects. Overall - I highly recommend him for small or large projects.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding
I was very impressed with Colorscape Painters. The owner, Mark, promptly came to my home to do an estimate (for damage caused by a fallen tree) and gave me an immediate "ballpark" figure which he stuck with for the written estimate. Mark was very communicative, always responding quickly to my emails, and was very concerned about getting the job done right. The painting was done excellently and he also went "above and beyond" in repairing some damaged guttering. In addition, his pricing was very reasonable, being much less expensive than another estimate I received. Based on my experience with Colorscape and Mark, I would highly recommend him.
