Incredibly responsive. I got a call from them within 5-10 minutes of logging my ServiceMagic entry. Great communication and was able to perform the work in the evening to work with my schedule. I tried to see if he could perform some more work around my condo building and he suggested alternative (cheaper) ways I could do things myself. I always appreciate that kind of candor from a professional. I'm very happy to have them as a contact for any future work I might need.

I was looking for someone to help put a kitchen sink back in place and repair the flooring. David, the owner of Emergency Service Group was very responsive and professional. The rate was reasonable and they did what they said the would do. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.

David removed a built-in shelf in our kitchen cabinets so that we could replace it with granite. He did an excellent job, and you can't tell there was ever wood in that spot. He also leveled our other cabinets. We plan on using him again in the future for sure.

Extremely prompt and very professional. Emergency Services Group helped me fix my problem every step of the way. ESG called within a few minutes of clicking submit on Service Magic. The other companies that Service Magic referred called two days later!! I needed ESG to reverse the swing on our main entrance door and since it was a metal frame, not wood, it was a bigger job then I anticipated. They helped me find the proper frame, they actually did the ordering, and within a week I had my door swinging the way I wanted. ESG has our next job.
