Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring

The quality of products are not good. They don't have a variety, they only work with two companies. They don't show the customer solid wood flooring. Thew only show laminate and engineered wood flooring. It has not been six months and I have called them three times regarding the flooring they installed. My entire flooring is coming apart and they are blaming me for water damage. Now, they say that they would replace the flooring without charging me more labor fees. But, they want me to pay a $200 deductable. They make up policies based on the situation. They suppose to guarantee their work for 1 yr, therefore I shouldn't inccur any cost. UPDATE~ they came out and addressed the issue at no charge

Project: Install Carpeting

They were professional, friendly, considerate and flexible -- All the things you need when going through changes in your home. Contractor was on time, patient, helpful and discussed all necessary details of the job and our options at length. At no time did we ever feel that we were not in charge of our own project. In fact, we decided to expand the job to two rooms after working with them. Carpet was removed from one room, and replaced in two rooms -- and AllPro did the job right. My mother was very pleased, as are all three of her children! Thanks for taking such good care of us, we WILL call on you again.
