After putting in my request that evening, I was contacted the next day. They got all the information on what I needed and scheduled the service day. They arrived on time as scheduled did a very nice repair job and left the repair area clean. I will use them again if ever needed.

Other than the fact that we scheduled and confirmed my appointment the day before and when he could not reach me the morning of the appointment on my phone he was cancelling on me via phone message because he could not reach me. His past experiences or not, other customers should not be treated that way. I was appalled he would cancel like that after we already confirmed.
