Project: Pump Out a Septic Tank
The front office woman was great. Friendly and helpfull. The main pumper got frustrated and excited as it took two days to find the tank. It is an old tank, cement, so their detector didn't work.

They were great and the price seemed very reasonable from what people told us getting our tank pumped would cost. Everyone we worked with was great and friendly and did everything they said they would for the price quoted. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking to have this done and will use them again when we have to have it pumped again.

very efficient. No hidden fees. The tech was very accomadating and let me know exactly what he was doing. Anytime there was an added service fee (radar to find where are opening was) he made sure we knew about the fee. He worked diligently and was very attentaive to our problems and needs plus concerns. Very knowledgeable. We would definately use them again. Plus the girl who took the appointment was very polite and worked well with the time that they and us had available.
