Emerald was very responsive to a last minute request that they come to help with a drainage problem that was causing problems because we were flooding our neighbor's yard. I really appreciated that. Their customer service people were a delight to work with, and their workmen created a beautiful walkway to our home. The crew really worked hard to make an attractive walk. The project was much more difficult than I had realized when I initially asked that it be done. It was my lack of knowledge, rather than problems with company or crew that was a concern.

Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up

Emerald Landscaping did a very good job of cleaning up the many weeds and covering the areas with my light blotting material and adding a thin layer of black mulch. The leveled walkway looks beautiful. Tony was very knowledgeable and worked long 9 hour days to finish the job in 2 days with the help of two other workers. The beds and trees were edged nicely. The company does not accept credit cards at this time which would have been helpful. Thank you.

The interactions until I signed the contract were very good. After that I had call and ask when the work will start. They did a good work. I think they can improve on their customer service and communication.

The people at Emerald were very professional and easy to work with. They provided a detailed estimate, were able to accommodate my requests and were prompt. They kept me informed and the day prior to starting the project they had the "Miss Utility" people mark my yard. They showed up the next day and completed the job in one day. That night I received an email from my neighbor commenting on how well my yard looked and how well the Emerald personnel had cleaned up. The entire experience with Emerald was very good and I would use them again.

Emerald Landscaping did a very good job on my regrading and planting grass project. They spent extra time and effort to make sure the job ended up exactly the way I wanted. I thought the cost was a little more than I expected to pay but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again for other landscape projects. This was the second time I've used them.

They used good materials and overall the project looks good. The plantings were also very nice. I am happy with the design. There was a little confusion about what materials were to be used for the walkway, and they skipped out once without notice when I took time off from work. The foremen were both very helpful, patient, and professional. I enjoyed working with both of them. So overall the experience was good. I will likely use them again for my next project with the understanding that I must be present for the work and ask for details of materials and design early.

Emerald did a cleanup job for me and took out a lot of brush from the yard. They did a good job edging the flower beds and mulching. The only negative was that the fill dirt they used to fill some holes had gravel mixed in, but when I called them, they arranged to come back and rake out the gravel and put down more dirt.
