We talked to several contractors and went with Emerald Isle. Their workers were very knowledgable and helpful. We replaced a shower stall with a beautiful tile shower and replaced the carpet in the bathroom with tile flooring. Then, we got a really nice frameless shower door. It was all done in a very timely manner. Everything turned out great. Thanks!

We received a thorough and well thought-out proposal. The installers arrived on time each day, cleaned up when they left, and finished the project on time. This was a simple job but the work was still carefully done and looks great. The installer went to a lot of trouble to account for odd wall angles and dimensions. Based on other estimates this seemed like a fair price.

What I was told would be a one-week project became a 3-week nightmare. I hired Emerald Isle Tile because the proposal process was thorough, prompt, and well-document. Unfortunately, as soon as the project kicked off, the project manager left for his honeymoon and I was left trying to coordinate the plumber and tile setter, who clearly hadn't been well-briefed on what they were supposed to do, when. Additionally, I gave 2 weeks' advanced notice regarding the need to contact the condo building manager for water shut-off. This wasn't done in time, which delayed the project. Thoroughly disappointing; will never use this company again.

I too (the Owner) was disappointed. I was pre-occupied with the stress of our wedding planning and our actual wedding throughout the duration of this project, As a result, communication breakdowns occurred between my field technicians in my absence. Ultimately, this is my failure for which I apologize deeply; as a result I have put new structures in place to prevent such mishaps in the future. The customer service was sub-par on this project, which is disappointing since the customer was very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the pricing of this project
