Great communication! These folks were able to get the job done in a concise manner. They cleaned up the area very well after, which was no mean feat, because they had to tear off two roof layers. Their bid was extremely competitive, but even though two other bids were within $100 less, I chose EMA because Marek took the time to show me what he does, how it gets done right. They also made sure that the weather was ideal the day they did the roof. It has made the house SO much better, with a neat, properly done roof.

Came on time. Work was completed in a timely manner and all work cleaned up. Realized he had overcharged me on an item and returned the money to me. I didn't realize this had happened.

I am completely satisfied with the roofing project completed by Ema Builders. It took theree days to complete but they arrived on time each day, did a masterful job of removing all of the old roofs (there were 3 roofs on half of the home), and the finished roof looks terrific! They even rebuilt our chimney beautifully. I was most impressed with the fact that they cleaned up every scrap of debris. The old roofs completely filled an entire dumpster! Their cost was considerably lower than another bid I got. I would absolutely use them again and would happily recommend them.

Jerry was a very easy to talk to. I could always get ahold of him. The roofers did an excellent job. I am very impressed. They were there when they were supposed to. I will defiently recomend them to anyone. Great job. Thanks.

Though I opted for a standard architectural shingle rather than a metal roof, I found EMA to be highly professional and reliable. Everything from my initial consultation to my final bill was on time, on budget and otherwise as promised. The crew was always on time, ready to go to work and clean-up was thorough.

Our expectations were high given their approval rating, but they even exceeded our high expectations. They are friendly, helpful, knowlegeable, prompt, tidy and reasonable in price. The quality is excellent. There are no shortcuts. They even solved a problem we did not ask them to solve (undersized downspouts). They took progress pictures to document what was going in before it was covered.

EMA Builders did a beautiful job roofing our home; they were prompt, efficient, courteous, they left our yard cleaner than they found it, and the price was right. I would highly recommend them.
