I was very clear with Ricardo from the beginning on what my cleaning needs were and he assured me he could deliver. It took a long time for him to get back to me to finally set up an initial cleaning. He came out two times to clean and each time was an hour late. After the first cleaning, my blinds were still dusty,I told him and he said he would fix it for the next time. The second cleaning, the blinds were still dusty and my dressers and pictures looked like he hadn't even dusted them. A week later, right before my baby is due, he called to tell me he would no longer be able to clean my home. Isn't dusting a part of cleaning? Horrible!

Very pleasant and professional. Willing to work with my schedule. Always willing to go the extra mile to make things look good. I appreciate their suggestions because they see my house through different eyes. We are lucky to have them.

Ricardo visited my house and said that he would give me a quotation after speaking to his wife. I have heard nothing from them even after I made a follow call requesting a response from them. Very poor serive if any at all.

Elohim, LLC is a family company. Ricardo was prompt and reasonable with his estimate. He has cleaned my home twice so far, and they do an extremely thorough job. Ricardo is flexible with the schedule, working with times that work best for me. He calls me the day before the job to confirm the time he will be coming. Ricardo works quickly, is friendly and professional. I am beyond pleased with the work Elohim has done for me. Thanks!

Ricardo and his wife were an excellent cleaning team. Their attention to detail is incredible. They even cleaned the ceiling fan globes! That made me happy. I am thrilled to have such quality work in my home.

Ricardo and his wife, Elaine, have cleaned for us three times. Each time I am amazed at the wonderful job they do. Their cleaning is not a once over lightly; the surfaces are wiped and scrubed clean. They are clearly making a special effort.
