We needed our kitchen, mail room and two bathrooms tiled in our medium sized Metairie businss office. (Single story, stand alone building) Elliot completed the job quickly, efficiently (with minimum disruption) and ahead of schedule. Our entire office is thrilled with the end result. Would definately recommend and use Elliot again.

I was quoted a price by voice mail, then when Mr. Elliot wrote up the contract the price had increased significantly. When I questioned it, he told me that it was because I had given him the wrong measurements in the beginning. I signed the contract because I thought I had made a mistake. Later I went back and re-listened to the voice mail he had left and the quote he had given me were on the actual measurements . At the end of the job he told me he had to add an additional $800 to the original total because he underestimated the materials he needed to purchase. After all of this, my patio doesn't drain properly. Won't be using him again.

Professional attitude, stuck to schedule and completed the hardwood floor refinishing well. A little higher priced than the competition but their schedule coincided better with mine.
