Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
The wood flooring installed and the re-finishing of pre-existing was very nicely done. I would recommend Elite for your hardwood floor project. We were able to work together with them well. The initial responsiveness and ability to begin our project on a short notice was greatly appreciated.

Not great quality. Reused stair risers that had cracks and staple marks. Very hard to get in contact with and took over 2 months to complete project.

Matt was friendly, professional, and to the point. I had a deadline to meet, and he saw to it that it was met. His price was very fair. Him and his crew worked fast, thorough, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with the job they did. Thanks Matt!

Matt completed the job satisfactorly. We had a small problem with 1 of his helpers , which he let go. So far , so good.

Pros: They did a good job an the basic work.Floors looked good . My complaints are they never showed up when promised. Never called to say they would be late. Constantly left the hall light on each time they left, we weren't allowed to walk on the floor .It had to dry, so we couldn't reach the switch. Closed and locked windows and doors, without our knowledge, so we had to breathe in chemical flooor vapors. (my wife got sick, we work out of our house.) had we had known how poor a communicator he was, I would have supervised the job myself.
