Elite Pressure Cleaning

Elite doesn't do what they promised. My deck does not look new at all, it looks like it was simply painted. I contracted sanding services and this process is essentially invisible to human eyes. The service was pricey for what the job looks like. The job scheduler was nice but they did not hold to their promise. They told me the owner would meet with me to look at the deck together and go over the issues I had and he never made it; he sent instead the technician who performed the job. He was nice but he was not empowered to do anything for me like giving me a refund. I am completely unhappy with them and unsatisfied.

The worst experience ever!! I had to repeatedly call o have someone show up and then he did not seem to have a clue about cleaning and sealing a deck. He actually ruined our deck and now I have to pay out more money to have the damage repaired!

I had a difficult time getting the work set up and arranged. First I got on the schedule and then the weather did not cooperate. My sealing was rescheduled 4 times, only once for weather. The rest of the times, no one showed up when I was told they would show up. As a result it was 3-4 weeks between the pressure washing and sealing only my 9 front steps. The sealing was sloppy. Sealant was everywhere when I got home, all over the concrete at the base of the steps and it looks unevenly applied. Only time will tell how well it holds up this time.

The professionalism, communications, and quality of workmanship of this company is extremely poor. From afar my deck looks OK. However, even though I paid to have my deck washed, stripped and sanded, up close there are drips, spots on the floor of the deck, the stain does not cover the whole deck, the railing is a different shade than the floor of the deck and worst, the deck has splinters and are rough to the touch. I had tried several times to meet with the owner, but he refused to meet with me without his crew. The day that I cancelled other appointments to have such a meeting, the crew arrived an hour late, did not bother to call and came without the owner. Comments made by his crew were that I shouldn’t care what the Home Owner’s Association thinks because they can’t see the deck through the trees and one tech said that he was their best technician even though he was a beginner. Other contractors confirmed that the job was poorly done due to the inexperience of the crew and even pointed out problems that I had not seen. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that the crew were well mannered and pleasant with the exception of his wife who was the office manager. This company ruined my deck and doesn’t even deserve one star.

Unfortunately, in spite multiple attempts, we were unable to satisfy this customer. This matter has been turned over to be resolved through legal means.

Did great work and were professional. My only complaint was there was some spots that were a little light on the sealer but all and all good work.

I specified a non-toxic, non-bleach siding cleaner. When the cleaner showed up, in the afternoon instead of the morning as scheduled, he said he had never used this siding cleaner and had no idea how or if it would work. I told him I did not want him using a cleaner he had no knowledge of and to have his boss call me back.

We special ordered a house cleaner for the customer, at no additional charge. This was the first time we used this product, but it is applied the same way we apply our normal house cleaners. We could not attest to its effectiveness until we used the product. The power washing technician who came out to do the work has over 4 years of experience. We stand behind our work & would have rectified any issues if the job was not completed satisfactorily. After not being allowed to complete the work on the scheduled day the weather got too cold to power wash her home. We called the customer to see if we could reschedule for the spring.

Pleased with work. The only company I could really find that seemed to have experience with finishing Brazilian Cherry porches. They rescheduled the initial cleaning on the day of the work to the following day, only to not show up. A reminder from me three days later got an apology and someone out to do the work. Then, I heard nothing until a week later about scheduling the sanding and finishing. I knocked a star for that and a second for not explaining some potential problems in advance (polyurethane residual from the original install). The cost seems really high for 2.5h LOE, but Elite had one of the better estimates, so no drop for that.

Professional, reasonable price, great job! Would use again.
