The service man was on time, and professional. I was told that it would be cheaper to just change my faucet myself then to have them do it. I was not charged. They were honest.

Pete the Plumber was great! He showed up at my house early, got the job done quickly, was really nice, and, to top it off, charged me less than his initial quote (which was already less than I had expected to pay). I not only WOULD recommend Elite to friends, I already have!

Fast, friendly, on time and did a great job. Pete, who did the plumbing work was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Nice friendly guy who was very pleasant to talk to. Ask for him.

Called for an estimate on a new unit, tech was sent out within hours.After a complete inspection of the existing equipment, it was determined that a new unit was DEFINITELY needed.Alan was thorough and helped us pick a unit within our budget,didn't pressure us into a higher price unit that wasn't needed and definitely NOT feasible for US. Elite offered a great financing program and made it possible for us to afford a QUALITY product and service. LOVED not having to deal with high pressure saleman!Maintenance program also a MUST and the most affordable in town. Air duct cleaning included with installation of new unit. Alan is an asset to co.
