The experience was actually a pleasant one.The installer was extremely skilled. Theycleaned up before leaving. Easy to work with. I am having more work done by them. I highly recommend this copamny.

Communication was difficult. Often did not show up on time. Had to return and fix an obvious error. In the end the floor looked good but it was more difficult than it should have been.

We were quite pleased with our hardwood floors. We had old floors refinished and new flooring added to the dining room. After all of the work was complete, we could not tell the old floor from the new. It is flawless and stunning!

Victor was a terrific person to deal with from the beginning of the project to the end. He is very knowledgeable about hardwood flooring, and worked hard to get this on-site finished cheery floor done on time . He took us to one of his jobs to show us the quality of his work. Great idea! After the install we noticed a minor issue with the hardcoat finish (chemical issue) and Victor assured us that he would take care of it in the next few weeks. We just need to make the arrangements. I very much like the one year warranty. This assures me that if anything should go it will be taken care of.

The work done on our floors was incredible. The damage to our original oak floors was major. David made our floor look almost new. Dealing with Vic left me not wanting to recommend the company. I had the coupon found on his sight and he would not let me use it. He said it was already figured in the bid. The coupon is for 20% off and says to give when services rendered. That turned me against him. So good work from David, but make sure you have the coupon before they start the job.

We had a good experience working with Elite Hardwood Flooring. Vic was very fast in his estimate communications. He also gave us great samples and a better end product than we anticipated. The project was just about on budget, a couple things to negotiate in process, but it all worked out wonderfully. The installers were fast and courteous. A few months later and it still looks great.we are very happy!
