Project: Install or Replace a Garage Door
Neil did a great job explaining our options and answering our questions. He started the install when he said he would, and finished when he said he would too. Then he gave us a through and patient lesson on how to care for the doors! They may seem expensive, but I priced with another company and their 1 year warranty was only $50 less than Elite's lifetime warranty. That seemed like a no-brainer.

Great service, friendly, easy to deal with and reliable. The owner of the company Frank came out and went over the whole job from start to finish. He left documentation with photos and a written quote. Some of these other garage door guys are not so professional....I met a few.....I'm glad I chose Elite to do the job. When the door came in an Elite employee came out and installed door/tracks/etc without an issue. I also liked the fact that the installer was a direct employee of Elite (licensed and insured) and not some sub contractor with an old beatup dodge pickup. I would definitely reccomend Elite to any of my friends and family.

I emailed Service Magic at about 6:45am Friday, Frank called about 7:00 and knocked on my door at 8:10. Frank replaced my broken spring and cables in less then an hour. I wrote the check for the same amount that he quoted over the phone. He took his time to explain what I needed to do to maintain the door once a year. Frank was very professional and thorough from start to finish.

On time for estimate and installation. Installation completed quickly. Technician explained lubrication and operation requirements and answered all questions I had. Totally cleaned up and removed old door. Excellent job, great service.

Frank was very professional from the moment he reached out to me after I submitted the project via Service Magic. I really appreciated his honesty. He was on time and during the project (replace a spring and install a new garage door opener) he made me aware of a few small issues he found that needed attention.....and he took care of them, gladly. With Frank, I felt like he was doing the project for HIS house. He was very easy to work with and completed the project as agreed.
