Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
I would DEFINITELY INSIST that Lee get ALL 5 STARS in EACH AND EVERY category. His work is outstanding and most professional, equaled by his ability to communicate clearly the entire process, as well as his ability to listen actively to his customers. He made sure that John and I were satisfied with the materials and the process, and he takes great pride in the finished product. We will most definitely recommend him highly, and we have already asked him to replace an octagonal window for us.

Project: New Window - Single
Actually in fall I'm gonna have another bay window installed by them. He responded back to me, the same day I contacted him. He came up on his weekend time checked the job over and by that Monday I had a price. When he said he'd be there , he was there . When he was done with the job you would not of known he was there except there was a gorgeous new window. The men were very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As i said I was so pleased I'm gonna use them again. The price they quoted me is exactly what I paid. As a woman it was great to have someone talk me as a equal and not beneath them.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
This company called me within 10 minutes of me going online to Servicemagics website, He came the next day as he said he would, measured, gave me a catalog of doors to choose from and had it installed within a week of its order as he said he would and did it on a weekend to accomodate my schedule. He workmanship was good, he went out of his way to please me and I would recomend him to everyone I was SO PLEASED!
