Very professional and honest in regards to the job. cleaned up after themselves there was a slight problem with one of the windows installed and John wouldn't take any money until he had come back to fix the issue. There as also a window that needed some touch up cleaning and he said he would come back to take care of that. Would definitely use again.

Replaced the broken glass in a very old window - glass needed to be specially ordered, which made it take a while to get fixed, but they came as soon as the glass was in and replaced it quickly.

They came to my home in the morning, took my broken dining-room window to their shop, fixed it, and re-installed it in the late afternoon. The guy who picked it up clearly wasn't going to replace it that day, despite the fact that I made it clear I wanted it done THAT DAY. But someone else from the shop noticed that it was finished and that the original worker had left for the day. They called me to see if I wanted the window re-installed that day or the next morning. I was very grateful.
