He did not tell me of minimum charge. He spent 5 minute Charged an additional $45 on top of minimal charge no parts were needed took a week to arrange

didn't make me feel confident that they understood what was going on. Rich seemed annoyed at my questions.

sometimes we seem like we are a little perplexed that someone doesn't seem to understand our explanation of what is going on.. not everything is black or white in the repair business.everything was done that could be to satisfy the situation.only charged service call for time spent diagnosing.
