Receptionist was friendly, even when I had to re-book. Repairman arrived promptly, finished quickly and spent his own time providing extra information (i.e., info that was not reflected in labor charge). Charge was very reasonable.

Technician showed within the scheduled time window and was obviously well versed and new what he was doing. I was a little taken a back by the repair cost as it was a simple fix but we all have to make a living I guess. Overall I am satisfied and would call upon this service again.

I called for service on my washing machine. The person I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very nice and pleasant. The appointment was made for the next day. The technician was very nice and friendly. Took the time to answer questions. Was there in the time span that I was told he would be. I will use them again for service on my appliances and would recomment them to anybody.
