Elias Construction was completely professional. They do quality work and communicate very well throughout the entire project. Whatever house project is next - Elias Construction will be the only one I'll need to call. I would (and have) recommended this company to friends and family.

Project: Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings
Mickey was awesome!!! He responded quickly to my requests, which I really appreciated. I hired him to help out my aging parents. His rates were reasonable, and he did an outstanding job. He was kind and professional. My mother called him a "nice young man." We will definitely use him again!

The project was well done. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project on time and kept the work area clean after daily work. Fair price and good quality. Would recommend it to my friends.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Mickey delivered prompt service and quality work on my house. He ensured that his crew completed the job and even my neighbors commented on how good a job they did cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Elias Construction for any construction needs.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
I have had other contractors in the past and found that Mickey Elais is one of the best. He Keeps you well informed, workmanship is exceptional. You know you have the righ perosn on the project when the building inspector makes a notation on the bottom of the permit " Excellent job". I would definitely recommend Elais Construction to anyone looking for a contractor. RB

Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
Mickey came out and gave me some good ideas on finishing the flooring. He is very knowlegable, trustworthy and professional. He also responds promptly to emails and phone calls. Mickey made sure when he was finished with the job that I was satisfied with his work. Our flooring turned out to look excellent! I would recommend Mickey to any friends and family and look forward to hiring him for any future jobs.

Project: Install Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
Mickey Elias did a wonderful job helping me finish my basement. He build a door frame, window jam extensions, and installed all of my casings and floor boards in half the time (and at half the cost) the next closest bid projected. After meeting with three service providers, I chose to go with Mickey not only because he was the “low bid” but because he appeared to be both knowledgeable and confident in the task. I will recommend Mickey to my friends, family, and neighbors, and plan to use him again for future projects.
