On time and professional. Definitely will use again. In fact probably in 3 months since I have two small dogs.

Element Carpet is great we had alot of pet and liquid stains and he removed them all. I also had some other spots from other overthe counter carpet spot removers and he removed them as well. I hightly recomend this company to everyone. I have aready told our neighbors. Thank You so Much
