Scott's knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Our landscape lighting is as good or better than when it was brand new. I will call Elegant Outdoor Lighting the next time I have a problem with my outdoor lighting.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. EXTREMELY PROMPT RESPONSE. HE HAS THE CONCEPT WELL NAILED DOWN THAT MOST COMPANIES DONT GET. THAT IS "DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO, WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL DO IT" HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT WORKING WITH EXISTING LIGHTING EQUIPMENT AND CREATIVE IN MAKING THINGS WORK. HE ALSO WAS VERY FORTHCOMING IN SHOWING ME WHAT HE WAS DOING SO I WOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT THE EQUIPMENT IS SUPPOSED TO DO.

Our courtyard looks better and the lighting is great,however we did NOT like how he conducted himself on a "business" level as he was slightly unprofessional about the payment arrangement as we paid in cash & gave a more than generous cash deposit; he needs to listen better as well as be better prepared for the unexpected;needs to improve slightly with attention to detail and stay focused on "the big picture" and overall outcome. Lacks in follow through but ultimately we are satisfied with the results.

I was very impressed by Scott's professionalism, after having several bad experiences with other "lighting specialists". He was courteous, new his trade and worked quickly to resolve my problem with my low voltage lighting. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in hiring him for their low voltage yard lighting system. After a 10 month ordeal and many attempts to resolve my problem, Scott did the job!
