wow. Jennifer was tremendously professional and she all the work that she did looks phenomenal!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to resurface the floors as I did. They look brand new!

Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select our flooring. He had a nice selection of Bamboo flooring, which is what we chose, and it was on sale at a very good price. The installer was very good, and had the floor in quickly. The floor looks beautiful! Robert also had advice and products to help us care for and protect our floor. He wasn't pushy at all, but helpful and interested in our project -- unlike several other flooring places that really didn't seem to show much interest or have a lot of expertise in the products.

They did a beautiful job on the floors. They said they would keep the dust down and I needed to remind the worker as the dust was going everywhere. I found they charged more for floor protectors under dressers and beds than what I could get at Home Depot.

Our wood floors were quite bad, particularly due to a very large dog and Elegant Hardwood Floors did an excellent job refinishing them, quickly and with little mess or smell. The floors look beautiful now,
