Project: New Windows - Multiple
Very professional approach to all aspect of buying and installing windows. Order on time line as presented and installation scheduled as informed upon purchsing windows. Installer was extremely professional and caring of clients property. Both parties very courteous throughout process.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
excellent quality of craftmanship, however the job took much longer than anticipated causing scheduling problems. Overall planning of the job, including estimation of quantity of materials and tools, was not very good. Ultimately, the outcome was very good, although this was somewhat stressfull. level.

We did a huge amount of work, both interior & exterior, bathroom, flooring, windows, faux painting, in one month. We use only quality materials from major vendors. We were happy to accommodate our customer's schedule but his work hours did create some delays and there were times we could not work because he had to work and could not be home.

HardiPlank is a good product and looks great. It took an extra week to get materials delivered. It was expensive but less than other quotes. Lea is very nice and knowledgeable. Workers were very polite and cleaned up most of the time.

I wish we could personally deliver all materials but we are at the mercy of our supplier's delivery schedules. Nice to hear positive comments about quality as well as price.

THEY WERE SOMEWHAT OVERDUE ON TIME TO FINISH PROJECT.

We try really hard meet our completion schedules but sometimes it just takes longer than anticipated considering all the factors involved such as deliveries and weather. We cannot paint for several days after a rain storm.
