Our experience remodeling our master bathroom was outstanding. Dan Martin is an outstanding professionsl; always clear, concise, on time and made excellent recommendations. The contractors he associates with (electrician, painter, etc) were also excellent....did clean, high quality work, were always punctual and courteous. The budget he gave us was exact, and the quality of the products he recommended perfect for us. There is no question we would work with him in the future for any additional remodeling work, and recommend his services highly with no reservation. We live our new bathroom.

Kyle from Elegant Bath was very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure working with him throughout the project. They also made sure the area was clean after each day they worked, which was a huge plus because we have a 2 year old son. The project did run over-budget, but mainly because the water damage was more severe than we had expected. Kyle/Dan provided clear options for resolving the issues. After the work was completed, we did run across a few issues (leaking shower door, reversed hot/cold water), but they were resolved in subsequent weeks to my satisfaction. I would contact them again for future work.

I would recommend EB to others for their quality - although in retrospect, costs were on higher end. Clearer breakout of costs would have been helpful, extras on top off original estimate (especially electrician) caught me by surprise.

Dan was excellent. From the first time we met through the completion of the project he was extremely professional and was excellent in communicating with us. A bathroom remodel can be intimidating but he walked us through every step, and provided a clear, detailed estimate right from the start as well. If we need work done again, we'll be using Elegant Bathrooms!

Elegant Bathrooms did a fine job retrofitting a bathroom to be handicapped accessible for my father. Despite numerous changes on our part, he was patient and flexible throughout. He made a number of helpful suggestions and added several additional steps to the project at our request, all of the highest quality. His subcontractors were unfailingly pleasant and competent. Through the project all workers took great care to protect furniture, etc., and to minimize noise and dirt. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use his services again if we have such a need.
