Project: Repair Existing Stained or Specialty Glass
This contractor was incredibly nice, polite and knowledgeable, but when the job was completed, he seemed far more pleased with his work than my wife was! He told me he thought the job turned out great, but my wife saw the clumpy soldered edges and had a heart attack. The final price was about 25% higher than the rough estimate, so that was an unpleasant surprise too. But this job was very difficult, and I believe very few craftsmen (aside from the original glass artist who created my window -- no longer in business) could have done a better job. Contractor was polite, cleaned up the area, and communicated well by phone and email.
