Did not make it on the day he said he would come. Phoned and said he had a flat tire. He did come the next day and fixed our alarm system. We were pleased with the service.

Did very good work, just a little slow. Also, did not let me know when he would be late.

Was not very open as to charges associated with his work. He was nearby working on another client and then came to my house - but still charged me $75 fee for "gas"...

Seawell arrived on time and performed the installation of two ceiling fans in a very professional manner.

Although I cannot speak bad about the knowledge of the work he performed, I strongly feels he extremely over charged me and I also felt the labor was not clear but I did not argue although I sense he felt he has overcharged me to and he required a large about of money and the work is not completed for the huge price I paid in full. Another business person felt the charges made were a bite to expensive and I should have only paid a deposit of the fee not in full for the unfinished product and the mistakes he made.

Due top the complexity of the project the customer was charged an hourly rate of $75. The customer did not have the proper materials to complete the project of hanging a chandalier with 270 crystals. The pins for the attachment of the crystals were not there. The instructions lacked a lot. The ceiling area was totally inaccessible. The existing electrical box would not support the weight and had to be replaced. Due to accessability problems a helper was required to place lift that was required to access 22' ceiling. this was charged at a reasonable $20 per hour. I made no mistakes this job would have been unachievable by any less skill

He was very polite and friendly, but he gave me a quote for putting in a light and then ended up almost charging me double because it took him longer than he expected. The work itself was good. I did have to call him several times to follow up as to when he would come back to finish another repair he had started.

He did a great job identifying, explaining the probelm, and quickly fixing the electrical probelms we were having with our outlets.
