He responded very promptly and was very timely.

Ken was less than professional, un-prepared, un-equiped. He took more time due to not being prepared. He made time and scheduling promises that he did not keep too. I am sorry but the rating that I would give him would be no more than half a star, but since I can not give him less than one star. He is also does not know his selected profession, he made the mistake of diagnosing a wire saying that it couldn't be what it was to.

It took 16 days to get thru the permit dept, which was 7 or 8 day longer then it should of taken, I was completely done with the job and the permit inspection was passed the first time and signed off in 2 or 3 days from the time I received the permit. I have tried to resolve this issue with him. I believe he is less then reasonably about the time to get the permit, and there was nothing I could do at that point to make a pleasent ending to this problem.

We will difinitely be able to use Ken again later, and we appreciate all of his work.

I had several other projects that popped into my head and Ken would do them. Very reliable.

He was prompt, did a great job and was very reasonable in his pricing. I would definitely use him again.

1 problem, ken mix up the wires for the remote, so instead of the light switch working the light it actcually works the fan and vice a veresa. Other than that fan looks GREAT! The wire mix up wasn't a big deal so I ddnt bring it to his attention. B. Hill
