We realized one of the outside fixtures did not work but did not call until five days later because of our busy schedule.  We were asked what he wanted him to do about it. Then we were drilled - why had we not called sooner, why were we just calling, maybe it was the fixture.  Did we change the bulbs.  What did I expect - is what I was asked.  What I expected was that he would say it could be the fixture, if you want to purchase another one we will install it and you can return the other one and there will just be a nominal fee or no fee.
