James impressed me. He demonstrated a level of honesty and professionalism that is rare today. He spent a great deal of time surveying the project, thoroughly evaluating what was possible and what was not. His indepth knowledge of construction methods and codes were invaluable. He set my mind at ease demonstrating a concern for keeping the costs low but still doing a quality job. He even helped me to determine that my load needs were not as great as I had thought and that my upgrade needs were not immediately necessary. I won't hesitate to hire or recommend James in the future.
