John was the technician who came to our home. We had a complicated problem and he was very thorough in discovering the ultimate problem. We never would have found it on our own, even though my husband is relatively familiar with electrical issues. We has polite and clean cut. We feel he gave us very good service for a going rate for a high quality electricial. We will use this company in the future and may even subscribe to their 'preventative maintenance' program. I feel very confident in recommending Electrical Connections to others.

Dennis sized up my issues and then got me in touch with the electrician that would come out later in the day and he and I communicated all day until he was finished with a big job near by. It was a good experience and pleasant.
