I hired them because their estimate was quite a bit lower than the other company I was considering. They stuccoed the wall before the inspector came and were then told to knock out the stucco so he could verify the work (I questioned this the day before it was done). Junction box on roof needed to be re-done, and I was also told the ground cable could have been run to the waterline 10ft. from the new box instead of running conduit all the way to the front. Obviously everyone makes mistakes, but I was disappointed in the scale of these issues. All told a three day job lasted a month (no exaggeration). I wish you better luck with them.

They showed up on time to install 2 ceiling fans and repair some switches and outlets. The work was finished earlier than expected and the quote was accurate.

I was very impressed. They showed up on time and completed the work nicely, as well as clean up! I was very happy with the results and will use them again for future jobs. Attitude was wonderful and friendly. Very nice experience.

Professional demeanor and helpful. He arrived an hour late out of the window, but I was called to be aware. However, he did not notice two main problems that were caught by our electrical company when his "repair" didn't solve our problem -- a broken electrical line above our home from the main line, which was obvious, and a burned out pole in the main circuit breaker. Instead he did what we could have done: pulled out and replaced circuit breakers -- we paid $290 for all of that. We are in an older home, and it did not seem like he understood what could be the obvious problems with an older home. We won't be using this company again.

This is the 1st time I've heard of a problem with this particular service call. I was never notified by the customer that the repair was incomplete We do our best to adequately troubleshoot and provide the most efficient service. I did make a recommendation that would have solved all the problems which she elected not to pursue. All our work carries a 1 year warranty and would have easily returned without additional charge to the client to assess the situation and make further repairs.

This was a great experience. Their knowledge and professionalism was impressive. Ryan and his team were very responsive. I would hire them again and again!!!

overall the quality was great and the bid was a 10 however. Initally 1 outlet was not working professionals was supposed to come back at 12:30 they did not show up until 6:30.

Electra called me Sunday and came out Monday. The Electricians were on time, did great work and I am satisfied with the job they did. I would use this company again and would recommend them without hesitation.
