Mr. Elder was great. He came on a short notice and also went the extra mile and had our report done by the next day. He gave us some great advice and pointers on how to maintain certain things in the condo. I would highly recommend him.

I experience some problems with the seller and listing agent that were no fault of Elder Home Inspections. I had to reschedule the appointment several times. Mr. Elder not only showed upmost patience but also the most professionalism possible. He perfomed a very thorough job and delivered as much toward my small low budget house as one would expect on a million dollar home. I felt he was trust worthy and will definely use or recommend his service again. Thank You!!!
