Iit was not until I left a fairly strong message that my call was returned on that Sunday.  There defintiley is a problem with the floor, however, Mr. Rizzo made it extremely difficult to come to a resolution so my husband and I decided to leave it as is for now. City: Chester Project: Wood Flooring - Refinish It took a full day longer because he pulled men off my job to work on another job.  I forgot about paying him a deposit therefore I overpaid when the job was done.  I called 4 times… Read Complete Rating It took a full day longer because he pulled men off my job to work on another job.  I forgot about paying him a deposit therefore I overpaid when the job was done.  I called 4 times to get my over payment back but he does not return my calls.  The work on the stairs was very poor, they missed lots of spots all over the stairs.  They did not tape off and hang plastic to prevent dust throughout the house like they said they would.  They did not replace the panel cover on the fuse box.  He also goes by the name NHanced Revolutionary Wood Renewal.  I would not recommend him.
