Project: Refinish Already Installed Cabinets
They were very courteous, showed up as scheduled, left the house clean each day and delivered the project on time. Price was resonable and we are very pleased.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
I was very dissatisfied with the services rendered by Mr. Rizzo. His level of customer service was beyond unacceptable. We had the work done on our floors on a Wednesday and noticed there was a problem with one of the floors and immediately called him. We did not receive a call back for several days and left at least two additional messages. Iit was not until I left a fairly strong message that my call was returned on that Sunday. There defintiley is a problem with the floor, however, Mr. Rizzo made it extremely difficult to come to a resolution so my husband and I decided to leave it as is for now.

It took a full day longer because he pulled men off my job to work on another job. I forgot about paying him a deposit therefore I overpaid when the job was done. I called 4 times to get my over payment back but he does not return my calls. The work on the stairs was very poor, they missed lots of spots all over the stairs. They did not tape off and hang plastic to prevent dust throughout the house like they said they would. They did not replace the panel cover on the fuse box. He also goes by the name NHanced Revolutionary Wood Renewal. I would not recommend him.

Wonderful, his work was very good. The client changed in the middle of the job, Anthony switched his schedule to accommodate my client. He went out of his to get the work done by Christmas.
