Work is still underway, but so far he has been excellent to work with. Very professional, eager to understand what we want and to help us get it right. I was particularly pleased that he offered to come on a Saturday to get started removing a wet, smelly carpet from the basement.

Edwin has been very responsive to the situations that I presented to him, to my preferences, schedule, tastes, and negotiating fair contracts. Edwin and his brother installed 2 floors for me with which I am very pleased. They were respectful, quiet, cooperative, focused, fast, efficient, and performed high quality work while maintaining a fast pace so that the job was completed on schedule. In my case, we kept needing to adapt the schedule of other projects to weather conditions, availability of materials, and on the spot decision making as we discovered situations that needed to be addressed so flexibility was important to me. Great Job!

Edwin was able to fix our water damaged floor with less than $5 worth of materials and in only 2 hours. He came to do an estimate and was available the next day to do the work. Initially he expected to use about $100 worth of materials, but the next day he had figured it out how to do it cheaper. Came out looking great. Really appreciated that.

Project: Weatherstripping - Install or Replace
Edwin and his assistant vey thoroughtly and thoughtfully performed a complex plastering job, keeping the job site clean and adhering to the textureing I requested. They were polite, reasonable in price, timely, and flexible in schedule to fit my needs. I would recommend Edwin Matias for any construction needs.
