I had some drywall fixed, floors installed, and a paint job for my apartment. They did a very good job. John Edwards is professional and fair with the pricing. I would use them again for my next contracting job.

I was quoated a reasonable price for the painting of my 2 bedroom apartment by this pro. Roberto and his partner did an exceptional job. They arrived as scheduled; worked straight through the day and left no mess after leaving. Their work and professionalism is exemplary.

So far everything is going great. They came yesterday on time and started the project. The floor is looking great. They completed half the kitchen already and are due back tonight to finish the rest. They were very professional and clean. They did not leave a mess and left everthing nicely stacked in the kitchen for today. Will come back and give a final review once all is done. Okay it's 1/7/10 and the job is complete! They were a fantastic team. They put the floor down in two evenings and today they waxed the floor. It looks fantastic! They were very nice, polite and skilled. My floor looks fabulous! Great job Orlando!

This is a relatively new business and I got the sense they are still working out the bugs. The estimate and invoice were sent to me as Word docs, unprofessionally done. There was no payment schedule, and I wound up suggesting a payment schedule. There was some plumbing & electrical work (light fixture installation) that needed to be completed, so a worker was brought from another site to do the work. He was brought to my apt. with no tools. He wound up using my tools. They were trying to get the job done on schedule, which they did, but actually did not complete all the work we had contracted for.

My workers always come prepared with tools when they know what the job is that they are doing but in this case we were just trying to get a look at what needed to be done first before starting. We got the job done on time and the owner said they were very satisfied with everything when we were leaving

Contractor did not follow rules of building and the work took 5 times longer than he said it would. The tile work that was done was uneven and had to be redone several times.

The walls were note even and we found this out after using a levelor and that is why it took longer than was projected. We never took 5 times longer and we always follow the rules of the management company

They were a few hours late, but they called. It took them two days to finish my bathroom. They clean up after their work . I was satisfied with the work they did. They did the work without asking for a deposit down.,while some contrators do Reasonable pricing.

Work complete, and clean. Very professional.

Veyr prompt service. Came in next day and offered a free quote. Job got done a couple days later. Price is a little steep for small jobs, as it was a simple pipe replacement which took 15 minutes, but overall good service.
