Never had better customer service from a home improvement establishment. Beginning with the first appointment for the original estimate to all installment dates, all were planned in a way that was conducive to my schedule. The salesman/owner (Russ) was a true pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The product quality is excellent. The new windows and door have made a beautiful appearance to my home along with adding the benificial energy saving effect. My first plan was to replace my front window; however, through the affordable financing plan Edens offers, I replaced all windows and a screen door. 5 * Installers!

As a result of an extensive search we selected another company for our initial window replacement this summer and had a very disappointing experience with that company. When the opportunity presented itself for additional windows we called Eden's without hesitation. They obtained the exact windows we requested and. They exceeded our expectations on delivery, not only receiving the windows before their promise date but installing them before the end of the year. The installation team was very professional and quick. They completed in a very timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. We will not hesitate to use them again. Well done

It was great working with Eden's. We needed our basement windows replaced and we needed it done in a hurry. Work was done fast and in a very professional manner. I have no complaints and I would highly recommend this company. I intend on using them again in the future.

They were professional and extremely flexible in working with our schedules. After searching on line for someone to repair my carpeting, I received a phone call the very next morning. They had a man stop out that morning to measure the room and emailed me an estimate that afternoon. They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!
