Ed was 2.5hrs late he did a horrible job, he told me 35hr and charged 70dollers after bring three dogs with him and chasing them all day.

The total experience was certainly excellent. The repairman was knowledgeable and polite. Thank much!

Ed is a great guy but he could do better with a second help.

Spoke to Ed by phone quote ($300.00). Set time to have Mark come out. Estimate between $ 300.00-$450.00 said most likely on low end did not want to quote low then come in high I would not like that. Signed contract pay by hour not good idea. The first day they show up to clean deck with two guys one cleans not sure what the other did. Then it took several days,calls & e-mails to get them back a week later. Worked 4 hrs did not finish came back on sunday worked all day said he was finished I could not check was wet after dry checked was not good missed spots one cote on floor looked awful had to finish my self plus it cost $595. Stay far away!

Strange Billing technique ........... Pay by visit. Slower than I expected and was truly a perfectionist. Which I was not looking for on this project. I was satisfied

Ed and his helper both did a great job it was finished in one hour and they did some tightening of other fence items.

Quality work and polite workmen, but difficulty keeping appointment dates and times.

Was contacted by Ed Wood at 11am. Was told they would be there in a few hours - instead after several phone calls they finally arrived at 11pm! Hired them to remove the snow and ice dams from our roof. However, they only removed the snow and did not remove the ice dams. They assured us they would come back "first thing" the next mornng to remove the ice dams. However, they never came back and we had to hire someone else to remove the ice dams. I would definitely not recommend them.

We were working by the hr So he didn't pay for work that he didn't receive. The ice was going to take a few hrs We worked late to get all the snow off. We tried several times to set a time to remove the ice in the gutters, with the over whelming demand to remove snow from roofs. We tried to help as many people as we could.
