E.T. Plumbing came the day I called. Installation was completed. The next day we noted an adjustment needed to be made, and they came right away and made the adjustment that day.

We are on a limited budget, and Ed researched to find us the best quality boiler and water heater that we could afford. He and his team worked very hard to remove our former monstrosity of a boiler, and install our new beauty. We are very pleased with the service and consideration to our financial situation Ed and his team provided to us.

Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Project was installed and completed as per contract. Installation was difficult, however the final result was outstanding. There were a few "hiccups", however Tompkins resolved them promptly without any hassles. I would most definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

Ed performed the job promptly (less than one week after initially contacting him) and gave me a great deal, over 1k less than the lowest bid. Time will tell how much the new boiler will save us, but so far everything is great.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Ed showed up ready to get the situation resolved. And he did, expediently and completely. He got the parts we needed (sink fixture, shut off valves, etc.) and had them installed within the agreed upon time.
He and his assistant are polite, professional and clean.
Thank you Ed Tompkins. And yes, I do recommend Ed.
