Their communication with me was extremely limited. I guess they communicated with the insurance agency, but I would have appreciated more information directed my way. I don't honestly know much about what they did!

Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold
The inspector from Ecosystems Environmental Services came promptly & performed a thorough inspection of our home. At our request, he conducted mold testing in every room, the attic, and crawl space. The inspector was friendly and knowledgeable. He took samples of the air with a small device, which were sent in for lab testing. Two weeks later, we had a complete and thorough written report, with professional recommendations. At $450, this service wasn't cheap, but it did give us a clear, detailed sense of the mold situation in our residence.
