I locked the door and left the key in the house. Before I was ready to go home I called ServiceMagic who got me in contact with Econo Lock and Safe and I was told the service person would be there in 30 minutes. I arrived at home to find he was waiting for me. He had my door unlocked and I was in my home within a minute or less of his arrival. Thats great service.-Thanks

One of the locks didn't work that he rekeyed and I call him but he never called back. Now several months later and one of the locks is sticking that never had problems. NO RETURN CALL!
