high performance energy conscioius design

Founded in 1992 very detail oriented residential additions & new homes, as well as retail & historic projects. We became a Kansas corporation in 2002. High performance energy conscious design is incorporated into many of our projects. About one third of our projects are additions & remodeling of existing homes, about one third historic projects or homes, and about one third commercial projects. Recently completed a restaurant in Leavenworth Kansas Historic Downtown in an 1870 building. Current projects include a new home near Topeka, Kansas that uses ICF insulated concrete form stucco finished exterior walls and SIPS structural insulated panel roof panels.
