I received an immediate response after submitting an online request. The caller scheduled a time within the next day to come to my house and inspect my rodent problem. The technician was knowledgable about bats and provided a detailed explanation of how the process of removal will occur. We were able to schedule the initial treatment three days later.

Good job on getting rid of pests. Disinfecting process in not good. Continued with bad odor. If their process worked, there should not have been an ongoing odor

Since I gave them a bad rating, they have come back out and completed the work. It shouldn't have to take negative feedback for them to do this (I did work with them for over a month before I provided the negative feedback and their tech essentially gave up on trying to fix it), it wasn't until the negative feedback that they sent someone else who did fix it. They determined it was a communication of services error and a lack of training on how to handle the problem. (according to Stephanie). We believe our bees are nearly all gone now, so hopefully they'll still come and check to make sure even after I update my 'stars'. I would not recommend them still.

They have virtually disappeared in the middle of the job, and haven't returned any phone calls. There is still a squirrel in the attic and they even abandoned their trap and just never returned when they said they would. I have tried to contact them for4 weeks and can't get anyone. I am out of $700 and still have a squirrel in the attic.

I was just writing to tell the people who came out to me that I appreciated what they did. I had no idea it would go to you. But, I called Eco Tech Pest Management to come help me with what I thought was a groundhog problem. We have lots of groundhogs in the area and suddenly a huge mound of dirt had piled up in my flower bed. I was sure the groundhog had moved in. About an 45 minutes after I called them Cliff was knocking at my door ready to work. He was very thorough and checked for small animal damage around my house. However; it didn't take him long to find that a black cloth used to prevent weed growth had been pushed up by strong bulbs that were growing under the cloth. I was pretty humiliated, but he was very nice about it. I rate them 5 star
