Communication with the salesperson/customer service could have been considerably better. Great upfront, but the ball got dropped in terms of knowing certain things to expect, or not to expect. In some regards, because of this and some time delays because of unhooked up plumbing, etc---wi would give only an average rating. If communication and information sharing had been much better, I pobaly would have given a five star rating. I am being kind with a 4 star rating.

So far I am in the middle of the job. Work is going to be done this weekend. I can't say enough about the person I have worked with Josh. The price was great and the service even better.

They did a great job. Our counters are beautiful. The guys who installed were outsourced, but very professional, quick and polite. We did have some trouble contacting our initial contact, Josh, to have something small fixed after the fact, but once we spoke with someone else at the company, it was fixed immediately.

Very unprofessional. Rep. from Eco Stoneworks showed up at my vacation home to supposedly make a template for the granite counters. He then told me that he didn't need to make a template but just take measurements. I forewarned him that the walls were not perfectly square. Eco installed the counters a week or two later when I was not present. The counters were measured incorrectly and they basically jammed the counter into place damaging walls and leaving bits of drywall and dust all over the floors and kitchen. No one at Eco called me to tell of the damage which I had to discover for myself. On and on I could go....

Josh gave us exceptionally good value in fabricating our granite countertops. We had some definite specific ideas about how we wanted it to look and they were able to accommodate us to the letter. In addition, there were some details about the specific installation which were more difficult than usual and took some perseverance and patience to work through. They did an excellent job, thanks to 3 different crews who made 3 separate trips to Maine. We are truly indebted to Ecostoneworks and heartily recommend them.

Josh at Eco Stoneworks was available by phone or email to answer all my questions and he provided a timely estimate. He was willing to accomodate my specific installation timeframe and his installers were very professional. I was extremely pleased with my completed project of kitchen and bathroom granite counter tops. I highly recommend Eco Stoneworks for granite counter tops.

From start to finish the project took 3 weeks...(it would have taken 2 weeks, but we had a delay on our end). Great Customer service, excellent work...and a great price on the Granite. Never thought we could afford it, but with the special they were running, and many colors to choose from, we (I mean I) got my new countertop.
