Tim is the only contractor (out of 4 that I talked with) that appears to know what he is talking about. His prices are consistent with others, but he seems to have a better system. So far my RO system has worked very well.

Very knowledgeable about H2O treatment. Willing to work with my not as thoroughly researced purchase as I had hoped I'd made. Up front about costs and resourceful with design.

Bobi was an absolute pleasure to deal with - very professional, very prompt (even called before arriving to confirm!), and very helpful and informative. As advertised, she tested my reverse osmosis system water at no charge, was able to give me some insight as to what may have been causing what I thought was a malfunction in the system, and assured me that the system was working well. My experience was a first with any company associated with Service Magic; not only will I absolutely use EcoSmart when the need arises for service on my system, but I will surely use Service Magic to find my next business for any service needs that may come up! Thank you again for your excellent service!
