Very honest, fixed the problem, and axplaned why it wasn't working, and what was needed to fix it.

I was very disappointed to find out that the $75.00 minimum diagnostic fee charge was not applied to my total bill, as I am accustomed to experiencing from other professionals. I even diagnosed the problem myself and explained the problem to him. He replaced my sight glass without checking with me and charged me for it, even though I explained to him that I already had a replacement. I was especially disappointed to find out after he did the work that he only accepted cash, not credit cards. Who keeps over $500. dollars cash around to pay for a bill like this? He did not replace the cover to electrical wiring of the replaced switch.

My story with Echos Air, Inc. and Jon Pierce Geo Pros. (Manufacturer’s Certified Representative for Hydro-Temp Geothermal Systems) I found Echos on servicmagic (internet rating/reference source) Echos had a 4 ½ star rating at the time. I place an order with them for a Hydro Temp Geothermal Heating and Cooling system on 12/09/08, I gave them $7,000 deposit on a $14,275 contract. The contract stated 8 to 10 week delivery time. After numerous conversations with manufactures rep (Jon Pierce) the unit was delivered on 6/2/09 – in that 6 months Echos did not contact me once it was always the manufactures rep. Yes his story is correct. The factory had some serious delays which pushed back the ETA of his equipment. The unit was custom built per the customers request. After the unit came into town we immediately made the delivery. It was 850 lbs and was to be set in place on his second floor loft. It was a difficult task over ruff terrain but we accomplished it without error. After all this he decided he wanted the unit out. We honored his request and gave him back a full refund and retrieved the unit down from his loft without any error or accident. We apologized for the fact that he was not happy shook hands and departed as friends.

Robert was on time and very courteous. Seemed to be a little puzzled by some issues with the boiler but assured me he would contact someone and try to figure out what was happening. Got back to me as promised with info and finished up the job as promised. Only issue was cost, which we discussed and worked out between us.
