Took what I thought I wanted, found the legal limitations and WE worked out anlternative plan. He made a recomendation on a book I could read that would help me better understand how we could do. This made the necessary changes very easy to come up with. I was able to follow what he was suggesting and I could see other things we could do. I think that we will have a very workable plan shortly. We are working together in approaching contractors, which make me feel ashole lot better than going into this process cold.
