David was very helpful in fixing the leak problem of the pool in the house I listed for sale. His original quote was competitive but not the lowest, but after chatting with him a couple of times I decided to go with Easy Pool since they are licensed, bonded and insured and they will guarantee the work. David also help me to replace the swimming pool light and added a GFCI outlet - all for little labor fee. Since the house was vacant, David also offered to watch the water-filling process so the pool didn't get overfilled. The crew finished replacing skimmer in 1 day. I am very pleased with the service.

Project: Clean or Maintain a Swimming Pool
We hired thisgentleman to repair our pool plumbing and maintain the pool on a weekly basis. The pool repairs failed to correct the problem but he refused to give us a credit for the work performed and then failed to show up after the first two weeks of servicing the pool. When he double billed us in December, and admitted to doing so by mistake to several other customers as well, we had to recover our payment by doing so through a credit card credit challenge. Based on our experience, we suggest you do not hire this individual.

Overall my experience with Easy Pool was good. They were reliable and made sure everything worked correctly. Even thru complications they brought in additonal resources. In my example they installed a new water heater and installed new lights. The new lights that they installled did not work initially because of an issue with my electrical gfi and pool system. They brought in a electrician who worked really hard until the problem was resolved. This is a great company to work for and you can trust. The price I received was very competitive.

Besides the fact that they left the old filter tank for us to dispose of because of his employee having a hernia and not being able to lift it. It took my husband, son and me to put it in the trash and when we lifted it water spilled all over us. I would use them again but insist on taking old equipment with them to dispose of.

David was very concerned about doing a good job. Called and came earlier than planned - which fit my schedule just fine. David and another worker removed my old pool heater and hauled it off. They also cleaned my pool filter. Came back that same afternoon with a new gasket for the filter. Good, friendly workers. Would call Easy Pool Supply again. Thank you so much.

David performed the service well; he was prompt, neat, and seemed to be appreciative of the job. His price was pretty high given that it was a small job, but it did take his time away from other jobs. I would use him again.
